That's a bummer. We toyed with putting our flat on the market a couple of months ago but were told, regrettably, that the highest price we could hope for was below the original purchase one. Hardly surprising given the recession we've been through (or are still in, depending on your p.o.v.) but it's a bit worrying all the same...I agree buying and selling property is a minefield. Best of luck with the next buyer. I know how much you want to get out of the Big Smoke!
